1. Order Processing

Policy for Returns

Due to Customer Negligence / Non-Acceptance

This policy applies when a parcel is returned to us due to an error, non-collection, or negligence on the customer's part (e.g., incorrect address provided or failure to accept or collect the delivery).

1. Prepaid Orders (Payment Made in Advance)

If a prepaid parcel is returned to us due to customer negligence:

  • Option A: Re-Delivery – Customer must pay an extra shipping charge of ₹100 in advance for the second delivery attempt.
  • Option B: Refund – ₹100 will be deducted from the original payment to cover two-way shipping costs. Remaining balance will be refunded.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If a COD parcel is returned due to customer negligence/non-acceptance:

  • Shipping Fee Deduction – The advance shipping charge paid for the COD order will be deducted/forfeited to cover shipping and return costs.
  • Re-Ordering – Customer must place a new order and pay the applicable shipping charge again. Subsequent COD orders may require stricter verification or pre-payment.

2. How to Return

  2. 2 Record a single, unedited video showing a 360-degree view of the item, immediately followed by a clear, well-lit close-up of the specific defect
  3. 3 Wait for approval (typically within 48 hours)
  4. 4 Ship items back using provided return label
