Ordering & Payments

To place an order:

  1. ​Shop & Cart: Browse items, select options (size/color), and click "Add to Cart."
  2. Checkout:​ Click the cart icon, then "Proceed to Checkout."
  3. ​Details & Payment: Enter your shipping address, select the method, and choose your payment option. Apply any codes.
  4. ​Confirmation: Review the summary and click "Place Order." We'll send an Order Confirmation email.

We accept:
  • UPI payments (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm)
  • Credit Card or Debit Card
  • QR code payments
  • Bank transfers
  • Cash on Delivery (additional charges apply)

Order modifications/cancellations are only possible before dispatch:

  • No Cancellations can be made after the order has been dispatched.
  • ​No changes to the ordered items are permitted after confirmation.
  • ​No changes to the delivery address are permitted after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only for:

  • Damaged/defective items (with 360 degree unboxing video proof)
  • Wrong items received
Not eligible for return: Change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, sale items

Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

Return process:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at return@kuhokini.com
  2. Record a single, unedited video showing a 360-degree view of the item, immediately followed by a clear, well-lit close-up of the specific defect.
  3. Wait for return approval (typically within 48 hours).
  4. Ship items back using provided return label.
  5. Once received, we'll process replacement/refund.
